Theodor Bastard band to give concert in St. Petersburg

The phenomenal solo concert of the group "Theodor Bastard" - a bright representative of the Russian ethno-electronic music scene - will take place on the stage of the Boris Eifman Dance Academy Theater in St. Petersburg. As part of this event, the group will present their new concert program.

The group "Theodor Bastard" is the winner of the Russian World Music Award in the world music category, awarded the "Golden Gargoyle" for their contribution to the development of ethno music. They are also the authors of soundtracks for many films, TV series and computer games. Recently, the musicians became laureates of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, an award established by John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono. In the nomination "Best Folk Music", the song of Theodor Bastard called "Volchok", based on a Slavic lullaby, performed by Yana, won.

The concert of the group "Theodor Bastard" will be presented in an expanded line-up of seven musicians. The program will feature cello, gusli and many other ethnic and homemade instruments. This event is rare and unique on the Russian music scene, and you can't miss it!
