The ballet «The Seagull. Ballet History» will be presented at the Alexandrinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg.

The troupe will present a ballet based on the play by A.P. Chekhov. The action has been transferred from a country estate to a rehearsal hall, where a master of classical choreography and a young experimenter obsessed with finding new dance forms compete, and love affairs are intertwined with creative torment.
