Russian tour of the Boris Eifman Ballet Theatre in spring 2023

Moscow viewers will be able to see the best examples of Russian psychological ballet theatre at the 45th anniversary of the company, which will take place in the State Kremlin Palace. In other regions, the troupe will delight audiences with performances of «Anna Karenina», «Eugene Onegin», «On the Other Side of Sin» and «The Seagull. Ballet History".

A real gift for the audience will be the performance of specially restored fragments from the play "The Master and Margarita" and the ballet "Two-Voices". These productions by Boris Eifman have long been removed from the repertoire, and many connoisseurs of choreographic art have never seen them before.

The maestro finds inspiration in the creative searches of brilliant artists, dramas of historical figures and great literary works. Together with his artists, Eifman draws the viewer into the world of feelings and passions, time and again striking with the plasticity of language and high performing skills, the depth of images and real magic happening on stage.

The tour in Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tyumen will be held with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
