In Samara, the Boris Eifman Ballet Theatre will show Anna Karenina

Leo Tolstoy's novel "Anna Karenina" is almost 150 years old, but it is still loved by theater and film directors. The work lives on in classical productions, ballet and musicals, and has been filmed dozens of times both in our country and abroad.

Boris Eifman's ballet features music by P.I. Tchaikovsky. The choreographer focused the plot around the love triangle "Anna - Karenin - Vronsky". The main character is the protagonist of two completely different personalities. One is a socialite who must be a respectable wife and an exemplary mother. The second is full of unimaginable passion for another man. Perhaps, Anna Karenina will open up to you from a new side.

Her torment, suffering, and emotional experiences are conveyed to the audience. Professional dancers accurately and without the slightest flaw draw the entire range of emotions on stage and push you to think about what is the right thing to do.

Boris Eifman first presented "Anna Karenina" in March 2005. The production is still a huge success and leaves no one indifferent.
